We’re seeking a sharp, creative, and data-driven marketing professional who can help enhance our brand positioning in the realm of R&D, technology, and innovation consulting space.
This role sits at the intersection of strategy, storytelling, and analytics. The role will be ideal for someone who enjoys turning complex IP concepts into compelling narratives, driving lead generation through integrated campaigns, and shaping brand visibility in a knowledge-first industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct market and competitor research to build content and outreach strategy.
- Develop, implement, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with leadership and subject matter experts to produce high-value content (blogs, case studies, whitepapers, newsletters, videos, podcasts, etc.).
- Drive visibility through SEO best practices and performance tracking.
- Manage the firm’s digital presence (LinkedIn, Website, Newsletters), ensuring consistent engagement and visibility among IP professionals and clients.
- Track and analyze key marketing metrics that supports sales campaigns/initiatives.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 3+ years of proven marketing experience, ideally in professional services, technology, or innovation-focused sectors.
- Solid grasp of digital marketing channels and tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.).
- Strong analytical skills and comfort working with data to measure and improve campaign performance.
- Excellent content writing and editing skills, ability to translate complex technical topics into engaging narratives.
- Hands-on experience with video design tools (e.g., PremierPro, Canva, In Video, etc.).
- Strong organizational, communication, and collaboration skills; ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail.
- Proactive, independent, and eager to experiment with new ideas and tools.
