About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and self-driven HR Manager to independently manage core HR functions with a strong focus on Performance Management/Appraisals and Talent Acquisition. The ideal candidate should be capable of handling the complete employee lifecycle, driving people-related initiatives, and supporting business objectives in a fast-paced and growing organization.
This role requires hands-on ownership of HR operations, stakeholder management, and strategic HR planning.
Responsibilities
- Independently manage the end-to-end performance appraisal process, including goal setting, reviews, and evaluation outcomes
- Drive appraisal-linked actions such as increments, promotions, and development plans
- Handle end-to-end Talent Acquisition across levels, from sourcing to onboarding
- Partner with business leaders for manpower planning and hiring strategy
- Conduct screenings, interviews, offer rollouts, and onboarding coordination
- Manage the complete employee lifecycle (onboarding, probation, confirmation, exits)
- Address employee relations and grievance matters effectively
- Ensure implementation of HR policies and statutory compliance
- Maintain HR data, documentation, and HRIS records
- Share HR reports and insights with management to support decision-making
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 4 years of hands-on HR experience, preferably in consulting, IT, or professional services organizations
- Proven ability to independently handle Performance Appraisals and Recruitment
- Strong knowledge of HR processes, labour laws, and HR best practices
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong stakeholder management and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
- Proficiency in MS Excel, HRMS, and reporting tools
