She has supported clients in preparing and prosecuting patent applications before major patent offices, including the USPTO, EPO, JPO, and other international jurisdictions. Her work includes crafting comprehensive patent strategies aimed at building strong, defensible portfolios while optimizing overall IP expenditure.

Surbhi has also played a key role in high-stakes infringement matters by conducting detailed invalidity analyses and supporting litigation strategy. In addition, she regularly advises clients on critical business decisions involving strategic patent portfolio acquisition, licensing, and commercialization planning.
